I dithered ...
... and missed out.
I was too uncertain to proceed without Trevor's active encouragement ... and missed out on this block.

It adjoins our own block and could have added two real purposes to it.
One would have been some productivity of a horticultural nature and the other, to have extended the creek connection.
What a sook I am; but Trevor is so unwell and it is hard to focus o practical things.
This is a one off though.
I should have taken the chance.
